Entries will be judged by a panel of National Garden Clubs, Inc (NGC) judges according to the Standard System of Awarding. First Place, Second Place, Third Place and Honorable Mention ribbons may be awarded in each class or sub-class. An accredited judge will sign and date each blue or 90+ ribbon winning entry tag. Decision of the judges is final and they may withhold any award at their discretion. 2. National Garden Clubs Top Awards offered: Five Awards of Merit, one Award of Horticultural Excellence, one Designers Choice Award, and one Artistic Craft Award. 3. The Flora Potts Award for Class 61 will be a People?s Choice Award, selected by vote of people attending the show. 4. Monetary awards will be as follows: 1st Place $1.00; 2nd Place $0.75; 3rd Place $0.50; Horticultural Excellence, Designers Choice, Artistic Craft Award, and Flora Potts Award $5.00 each
