Please join Mark Mindenhall Tuesday evenings at the Heart of Oneness Center for a class on Buddhist meditation. The class includes teachings, meditation time and light refreshments. The class is open to all people, and walk-ins are welcome. This is a wonderful way to learn ancient teachings and how to apply them to these modern times.
