Monday, September 22nd @ 4pm Can you Can? Canning and Preserving Class Expert Kathy Lee, from Modern Gingham Preserves will join us to discuss the canning process of fruits and vegetables. Country Fair Garden Centers will be starting to carry her preserves so along with discussing canning with us, we will also be able to taste some of her favorites that we may carry in the stores! She will bring some great canning recipes as well for you to take and try out at home. If you have been canning for years or have never done it and want to learn, this will be a great session for you to come and discuss the process of canning! Cost: Free!
