The Topic for February is:
Healthy Diet and Lifestyle Tips for the Workplace and at Home
Led by Cole Adam, R.D., St. Joseph's Hospital
Topic Description:
It’s never too early, or too late, to start living a healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to prevent disease, or just want to feel better, simple lifestyle interventions have the profound ability to improve our health. The food we eat, how often we exercise, the quality of our sleep, how we deal with stress, and how much social support we have, all work to either promote, or undermine, our health. During this session we will discuss these lifestyle factors and share evidence-based strategies that you can use at home and in the workplace to optimize your health.
