Golden Health & Wellness Alliance - Free Community Health Fair

The purpose of the Fair is to educate the community on Health, Wellness and Preventative care for the entire Family. Events will include interactive cooking demonstrations, dance movement, mini needleless acupuncture treatments, Pilates reformer machine demos, healthy body jeopardy game, twister, body composition fitness tests, eye test charts, body readings, free chair massage and more. In conjunction with the Community Health Fair will be a Coloring Contest for children to adults.
