Putting Spring into Your Step
Yeah! Spring is right around the corner, even though we may still have a few snow falls to get through. Let's make a plan to open into spring with a review of how far we have come in our health plans for 2012 and tips for getting back on track. This month we will learn some energizing activities, and energizing nutrition plans that will carry you right into spring. Bring your 2012 health goals with you for a bit of tweaking for spring.
