Description
Blake Pouliot, 17-year-old Canadian violinist and 2012 winner of the JSO International Young Artists Competition, will perform the Shostakovich Violin Concerto No. 1 in A Minor. Blake’s passionate playing and technical precision are perfectly suited for this exciting and unique concerto. The JSO will also perform the Sibelius Symphony No. 6 considered by many to be Sibelius’ most beautiful and underrated composition.
