About the presenter:
Kristen Coderre is the Operations Manager for Pink Realty. She is responsible for the day to day operations which include all human resource duties from interviewing new employees to supporting all staff members. She works directly under the owners of the company. Kristen was the Soldier Readiness Center manager at Ft Carson Colorado prior to her moving to Pink Realty. She oversaw the deployments of over 20,000 Soldiers and was awarded the Meritorious Civilian Service Award by the Commanding General for her streamlined processing, resulting in a 100% satisfaction rating of over 25,000 Soldiers. Kristen lives in Monument with her husband Kevin, and her two children Janine and Mackenzie.
