Module 2: Leadership in Performance Management
Module 2 introduces a systems perspective for organizational performance management. Leadership, Strategy & Planning, and Customer & Market Focus represent the leadership triad. These categories are placed together to emphasize the importance of a leadership focus on strategy and customers. Senior leaders set an organizations direction and seek future opportunities for their organization. Participants will learn the basic principles and relationships of the leadership triad and will be invited to self-evaluate their organization’s approach to elements found in the leadership triad.
