Module 3: Workforce and Process Performance Management
This module builds on the earlier introduction to organization performance management. The Workforce Focus, Operations Focus, and Results represent the results triad. An organization’s workforce and key operational processes accomplish the work of the organization that yields the overall performance results.
All actions point toward Results—a composite of product and process outcomes, customer-focused outcomes, workforce-focused outcomes, leadership and governance outcomes, and financial and market outcomes.
Participants will be invited to self-evaluate their organization’s alignment within the results triad.
