Module 4 represents the foundation of the performance management system. Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management are critical to the effective management of an organization and to a fact-based, knowledge-driven system for improving performance and competitiveness. Measurement, analysis, and knowledge management serve as a foundation for the performance management system.

Participants will be invited to complete a self-evaluation covering all areas of performance management. The outcome of the evaluation will help participants develop plans for improvement.
