Workshop dates and flow :
Class runs on Wednesday, 9am-10:45am Mountain Time
Register Now for the workshop starting March 20, 2024. Expect an engaging online learning environment where we’ll not just study Psychological Safety theory but also practice skills and develop competency together. To carry out this richer online experience, we have a few expectations from you. Active Cohort Engagement Effective collaboration requires connection and trust, so we will invest some time getting to know each other and we will stick together through the entire workshop. Sessions All sessions run for 105 minutes including the final summary and leader's next steps (6 total session). We expect you to be at each session for the duration of the workshop. You will receive a calendar invitation for each of these sessions with links to Zoom and Mural. Tools We use two tools for online collaboration: Mural and Zoom. More information about each tool below. If you have issues, let me know so I can help. Mural Mural is our online repository and interactive collaboration tool. All your learning modules, videos to watch, PDFs to download, pre-work instructions, and session collaboration will occur in Mural boards. Zoom Zoom is our video conferencing tool for audio and video sharing. For it, you’ll need an internet connected computer with video (camera) and microphone (internal or headphones) capabilities so we can see and hear you. It’s recommended that you download and install the Zoom client application rather than running it within your browser. The calendar invitations will have the Zoom link to join.
