Pamper yourself with healing through human touch, and experience modalities that offer something different from a standard massage. In your Happy Hour you will experience samples of three different bodywork modalities by three different practitioners, including

·            - CranioSacral Therapy
·            - Reflexology, and
·            - The Trager®  Approach

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.

Reflexology is gentle pressure on points in the foot, hands and ears based on the principle that they are reflex points, which correspond to various glands and organs of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.

The Trager Approach consists of gentle rocking and swinging movements experienced passively on a massage table that calm the nervous system, reduce tension and help release old patterns in the body and mind.
