9:00 a.m. - Ceremony at Jefferson County Administration Building with Color Guard Ceremony, VA Officials, Commissioner Faye Griffin, Mayor Marjorie Sloan.10:00-10:30 - Transfer over to location of clinic @ 1020 Johnson Rd
10:30-10:45 a.m. - Benediction & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony; tours commence
11:00-11:30 a.m. - Refreshments Served
