Golden Real Estate is Celebrating 10 Years in Business and they want you to join the party!

Golden Real Estate was incorporated 10 years ago on July 7, 2007.  The brokerage is having a 10^th Anniversary Celebration in its South Golden Road parking lot on Friday, July 14^th, 5 to 8:30 p.m.  It is open to the public and will feature food and entertainment (Tequila’s Mexican Restaurant will provide the food, and a rock & roll band will be playing 3 sets).
 
Golden Real Estate has grown to 10 broker associates and sold $48 million worth of real estate last year.  It was honored by the Realtor association for having the largest number of transactions (133) for its size in 2016.  That was an metro-wide honor -- if limited to Jeffco brokerages, the brokerage would have ranked number one.  This growth can be attributed primarily to Golden Real Estate’s page 3 advertorial (now expanded to include page 2) everyThursday in the Denver Post’s YourHub section serving all of Jefferson and Denver counties.  The same advertorial appears on page 3 of the Golden Transcript, Arvada Press, Wheat Ridge Transcript and Lakewood Sentinel, Broker/Owner Jim Smith’s column has over  200,000 readers and is available online atwww.JimSmithColumns.com.  His weekly column is read and respected not only by prospective clients but also by other real estate professionals.  “It has been a good ride,” says Jim Smith, “and the sunset is not in sight yet!”
