A new high-intensity interval training (HIIT) gym will be opening right here in Golden! Come to Unite Fitness’ Pre-Opening Community Party May 1 and 2nd! Sign up through the eventbrite link to reserve your workout spot! - 3 PM free outdoor HIIT workout - 330 PM free yoga - Raffle, Giveaways, and Vendor Booths - Frisbees and lawn games for the kids Please plan on coming to the pre-opening party on May 1-2 for free HIIT workouts and yoga, raffles, Kona Bowl and kombucha samples, and games for the kids.
