Job Description
Innovative Office Solutions, a Christian based company in Golden, CO, is seeking a part time Warehouse/Dispatch/Service Assistant in the mailing equipment industry.  Innovative is a local leader in this space, offering postage meters & machines, folder inserters, automatic letter openers and postal mailing software. 
 
We are looking for an individual to join our growing and exciting atmosphere, and enjoy the benefits of working for a locally owned business. Job hours are 1:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
 
Job Duties Include:
 
***The ability to organize and dispatch service calls when needed
***Managing and keeping track of inventory
***Daily shipping of small parcels, and ability to track packages when necessary
***Organizing and maintaining an efficient warehouse
***Processing & keeping track of return authorizations for supplies and equipment
***Assisting in answering the phone in the office when necessary
***Setting up and testing equipment for customer installations
***Willing to go the extra mile, helping wherever called upon
 
Experience Necessary:
 
***1-3 years working in a warehouse environment
***Experience working with customers on the phone
***Proven problem solving skills over the phone
***Organizational skills for dispatch and warehouse operations
***Detail Oriented
***Team player is a MUST!
 
Other Preferred Items:
 
***Excellent familiarity with MS Office products and ACT database
***A good grasp on technical skills
***Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
***Ability to be flexible with a fast changing environment
***Someone who is willing to learn from the best and be accountable
***Minimum high school degree or GED
