We specialize in the Greater Golden area. All of our clients get free use of our moving truck, which is also available free to non-profits and community organizations. We have been honored for our Sustainability practices. As our motto says, we ''promote and model environmental responsibility.''
Our primary marketing consists of a weekly ''Real Estate Today'' column written by broker/owner Jim Smith, which is published every Thursday on page 3 of the Denver Post's YourHub section, as well as on page 3 of the Golden Transcript and 23 other metro area weekly newspapers.
